Sweet Salad

Say what? Lunch today was super simple and a tad sweet. I threw together a salad of romaine lettuce, half a shredded carrot, some purple cabbage, feta cheese, chopped walnuts and half of a chopped Ambrosia apple. I dressed the salad with a dash of extra virgin olive oil, a drizzle of honey for sweetness and a drop of salt for balance. Delicious.

The honey was key here. Who else in the mideast is hoping this perfect fall weather will last through October?
