A Salad for My Sinuses

Whenever I’m not feeling well I try to push myself out of “soup mode” and into “salad mode.” Here is a salad to help combat my potential sinus infection:

This salad consisted of chopped spinach mix and radicchio with organic grape tomatoes, English cucumber, one shredded carrot (I use a regular vegetable peeler for long and thin strips), chopped walnuts, Annie’s Naturals Mango dressing and some sea salt and black pepper. I had a small sliced organic peach on the side to compliment the yummy mango. Now if only my nose would stop running…
